Why we do what we do! We are not trying to "reinvent the wheel" as we acknowledge there are
other wonderful children's illustrated Bibles already on the market. We are however filling a void that exists, and is as follows:
- To Highlight God's attributes:
o love, He Loves Everyoneo omnipotence, All Poweful o omniscience, All Knowing o omnipresence, Is Everywhere at once o immutability, He Never Changes
- To Highlight Old Testament Prophecies and their fulfillment in the New Testament.
- To emphasize what Jesus said
, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me". John 14:6
- An illustrated Bible with contemporary Artwork, easy to read and for all ages. It can be used with small children to use in Convalescent ministry.
- Each book ends with an invitation to enter a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- We will supply them freely when possible to Hotels, Motels, Hospitals, Childrens Hospitals, Convalescent Facilities, and to Military Families.
- We will also supply them at reduced costs to other organizations and individuals in order to make it possible for them to obtain them to use for outreach in their communities.
The Board of Directors of the Children's Bible Society
has been given a vision and mandate to produce materials with each of these areas. We will continually seek God for Wisdom, and pray He will use those of you who already have a relationship with Him to support this work.
